Q. What is the currency exchange rate in Trinidad and Tobago?
A. $1 USD = $6.35 Trinidad  Dollars  (10/10/2011).

Q. What is the weather like in Trinidad during the Conference timeframe?
A. The temperature is great, and the precipitation is limited. Daily Highs will be around 85*, Lows will be near 72*

Q. What paperwork is required to enter Trinidad and Tobago?
A. Just your Passport will do, but you will have to declare your possessions...and don’t bring things to sell...unless you want to pay customs.

Q. How far is it from the Airport to the Hotel?
A. The Cascadia Hotel is in Port of Spain, which is approximately 35 minutes from the Airport.

Q. Will the TTFS be providing transportation from the Airport?
A. Yes, if you register your arrival times TTFS will provide transportation to the Hotel and they will get you back to the Airport when you depart as well.

Q. How should I ship products for display at the conference?
A. This is coordinated with the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service.

1.     Hand carry light weight items if possible, or pay for the extra bag charges for packaged equipment.

2.     Ship using your standard shipping agent, but do it early and make sure that the TTFS knows what you are shipping.

3.     Get shipping details from the CAFC Sponsor Coordinator.

Q. How many decision makers and influencers should I expect to see?
A. Based on past experience and our addition of the JOLA and EMT events and our CAFC Fire-fighter and EMS Challenge, about 90 - 150.

Q. What are some of the benefits of becoming a vendor or sponsor?
A. Cost savings on your marketing budget, access to a regional cluster, 3rd party validation through introduction by CAFC leaders, membership on our exclusive closed social network site reserved for our members, sponsorship and advertising opportunities, often at reduced rate.

Q. When is setup and breakdown?
A. Our Trade Floor opens at 1200 on the 29th of Nov, so Setup starts at approximately 1630 on 11/28/2011 or on the morning of the 29th, and breakdown will be at approximately 1700 12/01/2011.

Q. Can I sponsor cocktails, dinners and other events?
A. Yes, there will be several sponsored events to highlight your visibility. Please see our listing of Direct Sponsorship opportunities, available from the Conference Info Groups sub-menu above.

Q. Will you provide photos of your attendees at our booth to us?
A. Yes and we welcome your testimonials for our marketing use as well.
